HARMI ® version v3. 0 is the initial version of what is his new architecture the comprising client-server version migration to web version, being integrated with the following modules:
Systematization module.
The systematization process consists in dividing an facility in units of study or smaller
components that facilitate its analysis, the level of detail depends on the mode of the study
of the Risk based inspection which is made, whether it is qualitative, semi-quantitative or
quantitative.
Qualitative risk analysis module.
The qualitative risk analysis to obtain the risk based inspection plan, is defined by the product
of the probability of occurrence of an event for its health, economic and facility consequences.
In this case, the event is the loss of integrity of a component or node based on its conditions of
design, operation and maintenance, in a given period, taking as a reference the ranking of the
risk, for which risk matrix is used, it is suggested a plan and a period of inspection, or are they
make decisions for subsequent.
Semi-quantitative risk analysis module.
It is the assessment of risk as the product of the probability of failure and the consequences
that could be due to a failure, this based on design conditions, process and operation of the
components within a plant or facility, with the objective of guide the efforts and inspection
tasks to components that represent a major level of risk.
RBI Plan management module.
Once the plan has been defined, this module allows the user to approve the proposed plan,
display the status of each component inspection plans, and the defined scope, likewise at this
stage allows you to update the state in which are the inspections, according to as they are
developed.
The colors of the traffic lights are included to identify those states for inspection at each
component where:
RBI Plan reassessment module.
Once an inspection plan has been executed, we have information of field or true in base to real
damage condition or good condition of the inspected component, with this information of the results of the inspection, you can reassess the risk condition, and having the level of risk, determine if the inspection plan is preserved or is adjusted.
General or managerial reports module.
The reports module is defined for this version of HARMI ®, where you can make information
inquiries generated during the risk assessment, the following reports have been defined:
- RBI Program (Gantt)
- Hierarchical structuring of financial risk
- Hierarchical structuring of Individual risk ranking
- Contribution to financial risk
