Sistematization.
The systematization process consists in dividing an facility in units of study or smaller components that
facilitate its analysis, the level of detail depends on the mode of the study of the Risk based inspection
which is made, whether it is qualitative, semi-quantitative or quantitative. See tutorial
Risk analysis.
Qualitative risk analysis.
The qualitative risk analysis to obtain the risk based inspection plan, is defined by the product of the
probability of occurrence of an event for its health, economic and facility consequences. In this case,
the event is the loss of integrity of a component or node based on its conditions of design, operation
and maintenance, in a given period, taking as a reference the ranking of the risk, for which risk matrix
is used, it is suggested a plan and a period of inspection, or are they make decisions for subsequent
analysis. See tutorial
Semi-quantitative risk analysis.
It is the assessment of risk as the product of the probability of failure and the consequences
that could be due to a failure, this based on design conditions, process and operation of the
components within a plant or facility, with the objective of guide the efforts and inspection tasks to
components that represent a major level of risk.See tutorial
Inspection management.
RBI Plan management.
Once the plan has been defined, this module allows the user to approve the proposed plan,
display the status of each component inspection plans, and the defined scope, likewise at this stage
allows you to update the state in which are the inspections, according to as they are developed.
RBI Plan reassessment.
Once an inspection plan has been executed, we have information of field or true in base to real
damage condition or good condition of the inspected component, with this information of the
results of the inspection, you can reassess the risk condition, and having the level of risk, determine
if the inspection plan is preserved or is adjusted. See tutorial
